“ When can I expect my order?”
Shipping in U.S.:
TAYLOR MADE HAIR CO. estimated wait is 1-3 business days for processing and packaging plus 2-3 days for delivery via. USPS Priority Packaging.

Shipping Everywhere Else:
Our TAYLOR MADE HAIR CO. estimated wait is 2-3 business days for processing and packaging plus 5-10 days for delivery via. USPS First Class International Packaging.

NOTE: These are ESTIMATED processing and shipping waits. They are subject to change at anytime. Please email us before purchasing to be sure you are okay to receive items in estimated time desired.

“How will I know when my purchase has shipped?”
Processing and Tracking information is updated via the email that was used for purchase.

“What if I no longer want my product?”
 All items are FINAL sale. Store credit or Discount may be given but no monetary returns are submitted. Return policy is flexible due to conditions surrounding a particular sale.

“My item says it delivered but I haven’t gotten it, who do I contact?”
If item is not received after being processed and SHIPPED from facility the TAYLOR MADE HAIR CO. is not liable for missing item(s) purchased. Customer is advised to contact shipping facility (USPS) for more information on obtaining missing purchase.

“ I may have put the wrong shipping address on my order how do I fix this?”
Address change within 24hrs of purchase are free of charge and can be done so immediately. If item has already been processed or returned to company due to delivery to incorrect address Customer will be contacted and are subject to re-shipping fees.

“ I want to change an item I purchased to something else, is possible for me to do that ?”
Yes items that are of equal value can be exchanged free of charge and hassle within 24hrs of purchase. If the item is less or more a separate purchase is advised.

“ I emailed customer service yesterday but no reply, when can I expect a response?”
Customers are subject to a 24HR wait while waiting for a customer service representative. If contacted outside of business hours please wait for the next business day to get in contact with a representative.
